Images can always stir up real trouble in terms of their sizes and the time required for them to load. Hence, it is always better to have a plan regarding a fixed size of around 10 or 15 kb for every image to be put on the web site. In fact, the notion of optimization of images which is quite an easy thing to do should be put in to use.

One should never comprehend the use of graphics that have simply no chance to suit the content. After all, there is no point in doing things like putting one’s pet dog’s snap on the web site just simply because one happen to possess it. One must bear it in his or her mind that images or graphics are only supposed to serve the purpose of aiding the process of page make up as well as the design, and are in no way whatsoever proposed simply to illustrate the existing piece of content.

At any cost, one must avoid the use or applications of images that have complains of either blinking or moving or changing or turning or flashing or in any way has to do anything on the page. F at all necessary, they must be used sparingly. Several studies and researches conducted around the world have revealed that people tend to get extremely annoyed and also distracted to a certain extent because of such application of flashing. Actually, it has even been observed that in order to be able to be able to go through the content peacefully, the browsers often manually get rid of the flashing graphic and similar items.

Sticking to the customary and standard layouts instead of trying and craft a site with an excess of creative ideas and messing it up in the process is always a safe bet to play. There have been certain instances where pages have been seen to be using even 6 or 8 frames on a singular page or such as the case of the site that used a layout template where the scrolling mode was from left to the right instead of being from up to down making the task nearly impossible. In most of the cases, it is quite fun on the part of the designer to craft these kinds of layouts and can often be even considered cute in a certain way but they simply fail to serve the purpose of communication with the users by almost driving them insane. Although initially it may feel somewhat dull and dreary, but the fact remains that a site will retain more traffic by sticking to simple layouts instead going for too much of creative experimentation.
